This commitment seeks to develop sports as both a national identity driver and an economic sector. It includes investing in talent development, sports infrastructure, and professional leagues across football, rugby, basketball, and athletics. It also promotes sports entrepreneurship, sports tourism, and athlete welfare through pension and medical schemes while positioning Kenya for global sporting competitions and excellence.

Key highlights include:
SOCCER: Ensure that Kenya qualifies for AFCON 2028 and World Cup 2030 to be co-hosted by Portugal, Spain and Morocco
RUGBY: Ensure that Kenya qualifies for the World Cup for both Men (USA 2031) and Women Rugby (Australia 2029)
BASKETBALL: Ensure Kenya becomes among the top 5 Basketball playing Nations in Africa and also qualifies for the Basketball Olympics in 2028 and 2032 (Both Men and Ladies Teams) also ensuring that a Kenyan Club qualifies for the BAL Finals
BASKETBALL INFRASTRUCTURE: Develop three modern indoor Basketball Arenas in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu
